The Capstone Conference has blocked rooms at three hotels that are within easy walking distance to the university. Details are provided below. When making your reservation Please identify yourself with Capstone Conference to insure that you receive the best rate available.

There are many other hotels in Boulder. Conference participants are welcome to make alternative arrangements. Those attending the conference with partners or children may also want to consider hotels located close to the Pearl Street Mall such as the Hotel Boulderado and St. Julian Hotel and Spa. While a longer distance from the university these hotels provide easy access to downtown Boulder.

Reservations by Group Guests must be secured by a valid major credit card. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  A late-departure charge may apply for any room occupied after the check-out time.  Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of arrival.  There is no penalty for a change in length of stay.

This special room rate is available on an as-available basis.

Reservations by Group Guests must be secured by a valid major credit card or other deposit satisfactory to the Hotel.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the first date reserved.  Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Deposits are refundable if the Hotel receives notice of cancellation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.  A late-departure charge may apply for any room occupied after the check-out time.  Rates will be extend for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates.

The Room Block will be held until May 6, 2010 or when sold out.  Thereafter, additional reservations for Group Guests for the Meeting Dates will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis at the Meeting Rates.
